What Engagement Looks Like
Wynne Counsel operates as a fractional senior advisor and executive coach — not a staffed consulting firm. Engagements are principal-led: direct access to Billy, no junior layering. Typical engagements include: strategic diagnosis and synthesis, operating and governance architecture refinement, board-level briefing, and an ongoing advisory cadence for implementation. Engagements run a minimum of six months. Billy works with no more than three or four clients at a time.
