Mindful strategy for mission-driven organizations and leaders.

Mindful strategy for mission-driven organizations and leaders.
I work with mission-driven organizations and senior leaders who are balancing vision, opportunity, and measurable impact. My approach integrates two decades of executive and entrepreneurial experience with a grounded, presence-based focus on results.
I bring deep experience in governance, financial oversight, and organizational transformation to boardrooms across the nonprofit, health, and mission-aligned business sectors.
I’ve served on multiple boards—including chairing two—and have led organizations through CEO transitions, rapid growth phases, regulatory change, and strategic repositioning.
I speak on mindful leadership, mission-driven strategy, health policy, organizational culture, and the intersection of clarity and impact in modern work. Audiences include:
My work is informed by my training as a mindfulness meditation teacher and my ongoing Zen Buddhist practice. I offer guided meditations, mindfulness programs, and workshops for individuals and organizations seeking to cultivate clarity, steadiness, and values-aligned decision-making.

Published by New World Library in March 2025, my book explores how lessening—of ego, noise, and unnecessary striving—creates more space for meaning, connection, and purpose. It weaves together personal experience, contemplative practice, and lessons from two decades of leadership.

“Wynne gently calls into focus the richness of this moment in his accessible and actionable guidebook for living fully.”
Sharon Salzberg, author of Real happiness and Real Life
I’ve spent more than 20 years advising some of the nation’s leading healthcare, philanthropic, and mission-driven organizations. I founded and led a successful health policy consulting firm, built high-performing teams, created new product lines, and ultimately completed a leadership transition.
My background includes service on national and local boards, extensive public speaking, and published writing on leadership, policy, and mindfulness. I hold degrees from Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia School of Law, and I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Buddhist Studies at the Institute of Buddhist Studies.
