Each coaching relationship is different, built on the your goals, strengths, and intuition. Applying both my International Coaching Federation-accredited Presence-Based Coaching training and decades of experience as a founder, leader, and manager, each session is dedicated to resolving challenges that you identify and concludes with an action plan for you to address them.
I work with a diverse array of leaders who are curious about how mindfulness and somatic techniques can deepen their professional path. This is not wrote consultation derived from the top 5 management books (though I have read them). This is a holistic, sincere partnership that invites you to engage your deepest wisdom to generate the most important and effective decisions for you.
