In easy, practical, evidence-based steps, you can transform your life. Billy leads mindfulness courses for organizations and other groups who are motivated to improve their creativity, focus, and fulfillment while reducing stress.
Billy has extensive experience applying mindfulness practices to the nitty gritty of the real world. He has founded, managed, and led multiple companies and served on the board of numerous organizations. He is also a husband, dad, and friend. The goal of this work is to improve your focus, clarity, and fulfillment, both at work and in the rest of your life.
Billy does not have an off-the-shelf curriculum. Every course is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the group. Before we begin, I'll engage you in a brief discovery process to understand your goals, expectations, and any prior mindfulness experience so that we maximize the value of our time together.
Each session typically includes easy, step-by-step instruction, Q&A and discussion, and guided practice. You will always understand the goals for the day and how we will accomplish them together. At the end of the program, you will receive a summary of the techniques, access to guided meditation recordings, and suggestions for further reading.
