Billy works with mission-driven organizations to achieve their impact by refocusing their core vision, identifying key obstacles to achieving it, and establishing clear processes for success. Billy has driven over 100% growth in the three firms he has helped lead throughout his consulting career, including at Impact Health, which he founded in 2018 and still chairs. 

As a Board member, he has helped guided several organizations through vision-defining and strategic planning processes. He has successfully secured earned media attention from national outlets such as the New York Times, CNN, Forbes, Modern Healthcare, Bloomberg, and numerous others, and published over 80 articles in Health Affairs and other platforms.

Drawing on his career as a founder, advisor, entrepreneur, and manager, Billy works with key organizational stakeholders to identify core challenges and establish clear, time-limited goals for resolving them. 

Each step in the process includes objectives, key results, and downstream benchmarks and performance indicators so everyone involved shares transparency and accountability for the outcome. 

Billy leverages proprietary algorithms across multiple AI platforms to optimize analytical capacity while reducing turnaround time and cost. 

He engages his network to form teams of subject matter experts - tech, law, finance, branding, etc. - when necessary to fully address project needs.
